New Applicants

All new families apply using the New Family Application. There is a one-time non-refundable application fee which does not count towards annual tuition. In addition, please see FSP Tuition and Fees for the annual tuition due.

Please make your check payable to COVENANT LIFE CHURCH, and mail to:

Admittance

Once the FSP Administrator has reviewed your application, we will assign you a Reviewer, and will provide you with the necessary information and forms to begin your journey with FSP.

Please be sure you have submitted to your County Department of Education your Intent to Homeschool as per Maryland Law (See Homeschooling in Maryland).

Upon acceptance in FSP, tuition terms will be communicated. If you are joining mid-year, tuition is due upon acceptance.

Your admittance automatically deems you a member of MACHE (Maryland Association of Christian Home Educators – www.machemd.org). Please stop by our office for a membership card. Your admittance also deems you eligible to participate in any FSP event or program.

Returning Families

If your family is currently enrolled in FSP, submit the re-enrollmentReEnrollment Form. Deadline to re-enroll is April 30, 2015.  Current members pay no application fee unless re-enrolling after April 11, 2015. Please see FSP Tuition and Fees for the annual tuition due.

If you have never been a member, or have been out of the program for more than one year, please complete the New Family application, along with the application fee.

High School Certification

An optional program exists within the Family Schools Program, called High School Certification. HSC assigns high school students a reviewer who has graduated one or more students from FSP and has knowledge of the college admissions process. This reviewer will conduct two reviews per year, and will hold the student accountable for high standards in education as well as academic records. The FSP office will produce a certified transcript for the years enrolled in HSC. For more information, please stop by the office for the handbook.
